Fantastic $30 Map-Making Software Bundle Represents a Virtual Tabletop GM's Dream

After a brief run earlier this year, this cartography software collection is back for a limited time that lasts through early December. Described as an extensive collection of mapping tools developed by ProFantasy Software throughout their history, the entire collection carries a value of over $1,300. And there are three different bundles offered in this deal.

Primary Feature

The standout feature is definitely permanent access for Campaign Cartographer 3+, an industry-standard cartography program that can be used to generate various types including epic fantasy landscapes, smaller regional maps, city maps, and most notably, dungeon and tabletop battle maps.

Package Levels

Basic Package

The most affordable option, at a minimum cost of $1, features merely four from the thirty-nine available products: Fantasy Overland Symbol Collection, Token Treasury: Monsters 1, Source Maps: Castles!, Urban Source Maps. This one's only for existing CC3+ users, but it does offer new fantasy symbol styles for landscape mapping, over seven hundred fifty creature tokens for use in virtual tabletops, over twenty-five aerial castle designs with 470 associated map tokens, eight fully mapped cities, plus seventy-plus building interiors.

Intermediate Package

The eight-item bundle starting at fifteen dollars is where things get more interesting by adding in a lifetime CC3+ license, the first Annual volume, Tome of Ultimate Mapping, and Symbol Set 6: Isometric Cities. Cartographer's Annual is the yearly bundle from the company's long-running monthly subscription service featuring a variety CC3+ add-ons like map collections and additional utilities. The Isometric Cities enables present urban areas in 3D perspective using angled views from all sides. And the Tome of Ultimate Mapping is a 760-page for beginners and "power users" alike, full of tips and tutorials for the map-making process.

Every volume of Cartographer's Annual are included here, alongside a slew of other resource and asset packs that can help users design entire planets or galaxies, or focus exclusively on classic fantasy realm creation: battle maps, underground complexes, urban centers, and land masses in multiple viewpoints. Users can also create character illustrations. At thirty versus fifteen dollars, the full bundle offers tremendous value, especially for cartographers with temporary CC3+ access seeking permanent licensing. But it's obviously an even better deal for cartography beginners since it includes introductory guides to facilitate learning. The sole limitation is that while the purchase is available on any platform, the software is only usable on Windows.
